Privacy policy

This policy describes the privately operated Delulu Archive rclone backup utility. It does not describe unrelated Delulu products or external applications.

Operator and contact

The utility is maintained by the Delulu project owner. For access, retention or deletion questions, contact [email protected].

Data accessed and purposes

With the account owner's authorization, the utility accesses project file contents and metadata, including names, identifiers, sizes, timestamps and checksums. It uses them to upload backups, retrieve and restore files, verify integrity, maintain manifests and carry out the owner's file-management instructions.

The Google Drive OAuth permission is account-wide. Operational configuration and project instructions restrict the utility to designated project folders. The utility is not intended to access unrelated personal files.

Storage and access

Project copies are stored in the owner's designated Google Drive folders and, when needed for transfer, verification or restoration, on authorized project systems. Access is limited by the permissions configured for those systems and folders. OAuth credentials are kept in restricted configuration on authorized operational systems; they are not published on this website.

Transfers and other uses

Google provides the Drive storage and API. Authorized hosting and compute providers may process project data while hosting the transfer or restore systems. Authorized project operators may access data as needed to perform these operations.

The utility does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention, deletion and revocation

Backups and operational records are retained according to the project owner's instructions. There is no automatic deletion of accepted backups simply because an access token expires. The owner can request deletion through the contact above and revoke OAuth access in Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API use but does not itself delete previously created copies.

This informational website

These static pages contain no backup files, sign-in form, advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs when serving the pages.

Policy changes

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to the utility's data use require review before that changed use begins.
